1. Are you Licensed and fully Insured?

Yes, we are Licensed and fully insured, and all of our Sub-Contractors are insured as well.

2. Will we build on your lot?

Yes, we will build on your lot, or we can help you find the perfect lot.

3. How involved will I be in the building process, if I live out of state?

We want our customers to feel comfortable with the building process of their new home. We stay in touch through constant communication via telephone, e-mails, faxes and photos. You will be kept up to date with all aspects of your project. If you have any questions or concerns during the building process, please don't hesitate to call us and we will be glad to help any way we can.

4. Do you have house plans to choose from or will you work with having house plans drawn?

We have a variety of plans to choose from or we can design a custom home plan.

5. What type of Logs do you use?

We normally use Eastern White Pine D-Style Logs. If you desire the round log appearance on the interior, we can do that as well. We have found when using the D-Style logs it gives an authentic log-exterior look on the outside, but provides flat walls on the interior side which is more suitable when hanging pictures and shelving. You will be able to choose your color of stain to personalize your new home.

6. What type of homes do you build?

We can build your traditional style log home that is very consistant with the atmosphere and beauty we have here in NC. We can also build a more conventional style home. Which ever your dream home may be, we will provide you with quality craftsmanship and unique design.

7. Do you build on a basement or crawlspace?

This depends on your lot and your preferrence. In some cases we have finished out a basement space complete with master bedroom, master bath and livingroom space.

We can finish the basement space during initial construction or finish it at your convenience depending on your preference.
